Brig. Gen. Victor Abhaleme has described Ebonyi State as a state known for its massive infrastructural development.
Brig. Gen. Abhaleme stated this while on a courtesy call to Ebonyi State.
He was received by the acting Governor of Ebonyi State, Barr. Kelechi Igwe on Monday.
