Ebonyi State Governor, David Nweze Umahi has revealed that the Ebonyi shopping was built with respect to structure and more, in the same grandeur and marvel the Dubai Mall commands from visitors.
A statement to 9News Nigeria by the Special Assistant on Media, Mr. Francis Nwaze said Umahi while highlighting some of the facilities and amenities said the Mall would an exceptional shopping paradise, one that perfectly merges fun and business, he gave details of the mall saying, “We have games of over 200 million already purchased for adult and children. We have six escalators, we have over eight lifts. A cinema is also there, children’s playground, foot court for the adult at about two to three locations. Exotic boutiques, Chinese, Lebanese and African restaurants…different intercontinental. There are going to be offices, showrooms, supermarkets in the basement.”
Explaining the structure of the mall, His Excellency further described that “It’s a 5-level building. “We have the basement, ground floor, first, second and third floor”
When asked the completion date of the project, Governor Umahi stated that ‘Definitely by, November unfailingly”
The governor revealed how a potential investor proposed a deal that wasn’t going to favour the State, He said: “We had to do it ourselves…we had to believe in ourselves and we made it possible.”
