It is usual that GOVERNOR El-Rufia forgets that in trying to fulfill his well nursed fantasy of nailing labour leaders at all cost, he has therefore accepted the burden of being an accuser and judge in his own case.
This is as the fallout between the NLC and GOVERNOR El- RUFIA, the governor of Kaduna state thickens.
9News Nigeria reports that the faceoff has continued to linger since NLC has said there was no place in Nigerian laws for an intervention of a judicial panel of inquiry into a strictly industrial relations matter to supercede justice as enshrined in the law.
However,a recent statement signed by the NLC PRESIDENT, Ayuba Wabba, described the threat by the governor to use a judicial Commission of inquiry to address the ongoing dispute as provocative and outrageous.
In his words, this is a total expression of authoritarianism, despotism, tyranny and ill- idealogy of governor RUFIA describing him as an anti- democrat.
