The Election Petition Tribunal has upheld the victory of Senator Diner Pang, representing Plateau-Central Senatorial Zone in the National Assembly.
The victory was challenged by Ambassador GY Gotom who felt dissatisfied with the outcome of the election.
Justice M Tukur who is the chairman of the panel agreed with Justice Omaka Elekwa who read the judgement and Justice Adetujiye also affirmed Diket Plang’s victory in a unanimous decision thus dismissing the petition.
