The #EndBadGovernance protest continued in Jos, for the fourth day, despite President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s nationwide broadcast on Sunday morning August 4, calling for dialogue and immediate suspension of protests.

The angry protesters in Jos, expressed dissatisfaction with the current state of the nation demanding for more concrete and positive action from the Federal Government.

Prophet Isa El -Buba, the General Overseer, Evangelical Bible Outreach Ministry International (EBOMI) among other leaders in Jos held an International Sunday Service at the Old Airport roundabout in Jos, a designated location for the nationwide protest in Plateau.

The Interdenominational Service tagged “#EndBadGovernment” came hours after President Bola Ahmed Tinubu delivered his August 4, nationwide broadcast to Nigerians to address the ongoing nationwide hunger protest.

9News Nigeria recalled that Muslim protesters on Friday also observed Juma’at prayer on the protest ground, along Old Airport Junction, Jos, Plateau State while their Christian counterparts formed a Circle around them, watching as they prayed for God’s intervention over the current economic challenges being faced by Nigerians.

9News Nigeria correspodent in Jos, reports that Christian prayers were offered at the ground, and a display of inter-faith solidarity, the service was also joined by Muslim protesters as adamant protesters show no sign of calling off the protests.
