The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, Chief Barrister Nyesom Wike, has responded to the demolition of properties due to ongoing construction in Abuja.
Reports indicate that Chief Barrister Nyesom Wike has approved a compensation package of N1.1 billion Naira for those affected by the ongoing construction of Kuje Road in Abuja.
The Honorable Minister announced this while inspecting the 11-kilometer, 10-lane Kuje Road construction project.
Wike encourage those who their houses were demolition to please bear with Federal Government over the demolition of their properties, that it was for the good of Abuja residents and to keep the Federal Capital Territory safe.
