The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has announced enforcement actions on 1,095 property titles recently revoked over the non-payment of statutory land charges.
Lere Olayinka, Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications and Social Media to Nyesom Wike, the FCT Minister, announced the development in a statement on Friday.
The affected properties are located in Maitama, Garki and Wuse.
According to the FCTA, the owners failed to settle outstanding ground rent, Certificate of Occupancy (C-of O) bills, penalty/violation fees, and land use conversation fees, despite repeated notice.
