Over the weekend, the Federal Polytechnic Nekede launched the much-sought-after Occupational Safety and Health Association at the institution.

The event took place on Thursday when the Rector of the institution, Dr ARIMANWA recorded another history in this direction.

However, the polytechnic had earlier signed a memorandum of understanding with the Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHA), United Kingdom, which also made the institution a Centre of Excellence for the running of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) programmes that are internationally certified.
