The Round of 16 fixtures of the ongoing FIFA U-20 World Cup have been confirmed.
This follows the conclusion of the group stage matches played in the early hours of Monday morning.
9news Nigeria reports that Nigeria’s Flying Eagles held Colombia to a 1-1 draw in their last group game to progress to the last-16 stage.
Aliyu Zubairu’s side earned a place in the Round of 16 following the result as they recorded four points from three matches.
Norway also advanced to the Round of 16 after playing a 1-1 draw with Saudi Arabia.
The Round of 16 fixtures will be held on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, respectively.
