Former Acting Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), in Ebonyi State, Chief Elder Fred Udeogu, is dead, 9news Nigeria has learnt.
Our correspondent gathered that Udeogu, a former commissioner for grants and Donor Agencies in Ebonyi State during the administration of Chief Martin Elechi reportedly died on Friday morning in an undisclosed hospital.
The deceased, an influential politician and and leader in Ebonyi State died from an undisclosed ailments.
He hailed from Ikwo in Ebonyi central Senatorial district.
As at the time of filing this report, efforts by 9NEWS NIGERIA to get the reaction of the family members proved abortive.
