All citybound lanes of the M2 were closed as debris was cleared from the road. Two citybound lanes, including the bus lane, are now open.

Traffic is still very heavy in both directions and buses in both directions are delayed up to 40 minutes. Citybound traffic is queued back onto the M7 in Glenwood and westbound traffic is queued back to North Ryde.

Motorists are advised to exercise caution as crash investigators, traffic crews and motorway crews are on site.
