The Executive Governor of Adamawa State, HE Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri inaugurate members of the Judicial panel of inquiry.
Fintiri on Thursday inaugurated and charges Members of the Judicial Panel of Inquiry to investigate the alleged brutal activities of the Anti-Robbery Squad SARS in Adamawa State.
The Governor said the recent alleged Police brutality by protesters across the Nation has necessited and warrant the inauguration of the judicial panel which have become mandatory as to enable the
Adamawa State government address the alledge issues of Police brutality on the good citizens of State. He task the members of the inquiry to be fast with the process even as he insist on Justice and fairness in the process.
“I understand the grievances of the youths and I promise with the inauguration of the judicial panel of inquiry today, Justice shall prevail.
“My appeal to the youths is to resist the temptation of destroying properties why they peacefully protest, he added”.
