The Executive Governor of Plateau State, Barrister Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has congratulated Dr. Nentawe Yilwatda Goshwe on his nomination and confirmation as the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction.
Mutfwang in a statement by his Director of Press and Public Affairs, Gyang Bere on Wednesday October 30, 2024, describes Dr. Yilwatda’s appointment as a well-deserved.
He expressed appreciation to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the honour done to the people of Plateau State.
Governor Mutfwang emphasized the need for strong collaboration and partnership between the federal and state governments to enhance the welfare and well-being of the people of the State.
He said, “My brother, I received the news of your nomination, screening, and appointment as the Honourable Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction with profound joy.
“The people of Plateau State and I are grateful to God Almighty and Mr. President for finding you worthy of this privilege and honor. I urge you to serve Nigeria with dedication and make Plateau proud by delivering impactful results”, he stated.
He affirmed his administration’s commitment to working closely with federal agencies to attract development and improve the living standards of citizens of the State.
