Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed has paid a condolence visit to the residence of Alhaji Bashir Bukar Rimin Zayam in Toro Local Government Area on Tuesday.
This was following the passing of Bukar’s mother, Hajiya Salamatu Usman Bukar.
During the visit to the prominent Bauchi-based politician, Governor Bala expressed his sympathy and prayed for Allah to grant the deceased eternal peace.
Mohammed, however asked for strength and patience for the family to bear the irreparable loss.
Responding, Alhaji Bukar appreciated the governor’s gesture and prayed for Allah’s blessings upon him.
He further commended the governor for his developmental efforts in the state, particularly mentioning the Rimin Zayam Bypass Road project, which he said has significantly impacted the community.
Special prayers were offered for the soul of the late Hajiya Salamatu during the visit.
