Governor Ayade is one governor who portrays himself as a very human and emotional person who hates to see the people of his state live in abject poverty. Sometime last year, Governor Ayade’s weeping video went viral twice, and the video showed him weeping over the sordid condition of the poor among the Cross River citizens.
