“Dear God, I want to take a moment, not to ask anything of You, but simply to say thank you for all that I have.”
As I saw this sign in a friend’s house, it prompted me to reflect and count my blessings, leading me to burst into thanksgiving to God.
It is not by chance that you find yourself in the last quarter of the year, but rather by the divine plan of God to grant you a better future. This means that the days ahead are brighter.
As we celebrate the first day of this month, which ushers us into the final quarter of the year, it is an assurance that we will surely enter the new year as well, by His grace.
“Let everything that has breath praise the LORD. Praise the LORD!” – Psalm 150:6
Be thankful for everything today and give God all the glory for the gift of life, for without life, nothing else truly matters. The Bible reminds us that “a living dog is better than a dead lion.” Though the lion was once the strongest and most dominant, the king of the jungle, as soon as it is dead, a living dog can even feed on its carcass. This is why, because we are alive, we must be thankful. Thank God for everything you have been able to achieve, and thank Him also for those things you have not yet accomplished, for where there is life, there is hope.
As we express our gratitude to God, He will make a way for more victories over our battles and more blessings to overcome curses, for He knows the thoughts He has for us – thoughts of good and not of evil, to give us our expected future.

May the Lord God Almighty who by his special grace and design allowed us to see this new month, keep us and preserve us from all the troubles of this later months of the year, and launch us into a new greater glory of the coming new year, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name, Amen and Amen!!! Praise the Lord, Hallelujah!!!!
