Highlights of the first week in January Education: TAG South West Zone NGO Directorate Give back to Lagos Schools on resumption
The South West Zone of The Asiwaju Group (TAG) on Thursday donated education materials to students in GRA, Ikeja, Lagos State.
The “Back to School Giveaway” program which took place at Police Command Primary School, Ikeja was organised by The NGO directorate, Princess Cynthia Andrew of The South West Zone of The Asiwaju Group (TAG).
The South West Zonal Coordinator of TAG, Hon Taiwo Ololade Salvador-Bello in her welcome address said the gesture was in accordance with the agenda of the Lagos State Government on education and the group’s belief in education and future of the children.
The South West Director of NGO directorate of TAG, Princess Cynthia Andrew in her address, urged the students to focus on their education and be good ambassadors of their respective schools.
Highlight of the event was the distribution of educational materials to the students.
In attendance were The South West Zonal Coordinator of TAG, the Director of Diaspora of TAG and the South West Zonal Executives of TAG.
