Nigerian footballer, Victor Oluyemi Olatunji has scored on his UEFA Champions League debut on Wednesday.
Olatunji netted a banger on the 42nd minute against Austrian club, RB Salzburg, making it his first Champions League goal in his first game.
However, after he scored, Olatunji celebrated the goal by pulling out his shirt, showing the inscription – “I am a chosen, who are you ?”
This comes after the phrase – I am a chosen has been trending on social media with some other celebrities confidently declaring that they’re also chosen.
What the inscription means remains unclear as the only available information indicates that individuals claiming to be chosen might be members of popular Nigerian church, the Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries.
