Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, has vowed that his administration will crush all criminals perpetuating nefarious activities in the state.
The Governor, who stated this on Friday when he received the Chairman of Yagba West Local Government Area, Pius Kolawole, who briefed him on the success achieved in the arrest and killings of some of the armed robbers that attacked Egbe and Odo Ere communities, said any criminal causing havoc will not leave Kogi state alive.
Bello maintained that Kogi State is not a safe haven for criminals as anyone caught will face the weight of the law.
He maintained that his administration will collaborate with security agencies to flush out criminal minded people out of the state.
“If 20 criminals enter Kogi, they will all die,” he said.
Runaroundnews recalls that some daredevil armed robbers recently stormed some banks in Egbe and Odo Ere communities, killing at least three persons.
