Manchester United Coach Jose Mourinho has fired a warning to his players ahead of the Champions League match against Young Boys.
United’s poor start to the new season continued as they failed to beat Crystal Palace at Old Trafford on Saturday.
Jose Mourinho’s team have now won only three of their last nine home matches this season.
However, The Portuguese manager has urged any of his players that feel pressured playing at home to stay at home and watch the match against Young Boys.
When asked whether Old Trafford puts more pressure on his side, Mourinho was totally dismissive: “I refuse to say that.
“I think it would be a lack of respect to the stadium and fans to say we prefer to play away from home, so I totally refuse to say that.
“If you ask me if I prefer to play against Young Boys here or go to Bern, I would say immediately to play at home. Always.
“If you feel pressure, then stay at home, and when I say home, I don’t say stadium home, I say home home and watch on TV.
“When the people come to support? Come on. I don’t feel pressure to play at home.”
