Former governor of Imo State, Chief Ikedi Godson Ohakim, has been conferred with the Grand Service Star of Imo State (GSSI) by the Imo State Government.
The award was presented as part of activities marking the Golden Jubilee of Imo State.
The GSSI was among the honours conferred during the Imo State @ 50 celebrations, which recognised individuals selected for their contributions to the state.
The Grand Service Star of Imo State is one of the honours awarded by the Imo State Government during the anniversary events.
