IMO will be the first state in the Federation to present year 2026 budget after His Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu made his national budget to Nigerians Friday afternoon.
His Excellency, the Governor of Imo State, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodinma, will present the 2026 Budget Estimates to the Imo State House of Assembly on Monday, December 22, 2025, at 1:00 PM.
In keeping with established tradition, the budget presentation will serve as an opportunity for His Excellency to appraise the performance of his administration in the preceding fiscal years and set the course for the new year.
Consequently, esteemed Imo Leaders, Religious Leaders, Traditional Rulers, and all relevant stakeholders are cordially invited to attend this auspicious state function. Adequate arrangements have been put in place to accommodate all of you.
