Imo grassroot Women group has paid a solidarity visit to Imo APC Chairman, Hon. MacDonald Ebere, at the state party secretariat while reinstating their readiness to work solidly at various wards for Governor Uzodinma’s reelected bid.
This was expressed in a show of unwavering support and dedication by the UZODINMA GRASSROOT WOMEN, a formidable women’s grassroots mobilization group as they stormed the Imo State APC headquarters to drum up fervent backing for Governor Hope Uzodinma’s re-election campaign.
Led by their State Coordinator, Hon. Mrs. Ijeoma Alinna, and the State Woman Leader of Imo APC, Mrs. Ifeoma Ndukwu, the group reiterated their commitment to securing victory for Imo State Governor, Dist.Sen Hope Uzodinma in the upcoming gubernatorial election.
With a membership network spanning all 305 wards across Imo State, the UZODINMA GRASSROOT WOMEN have already embarked on an extensive mobilization initiative.
Their mission: to ensure Governor Uzodinma and the APC clinch triumphantly in the impending electoral battle. Hon. Mrs. Ijeoma Alinna, the State Coordinator, declared, “We are united and resolute in our objective to see Governor Uzodinma continue his transformative work for the state. Our collective efforts will pave the way for another successful term.”
The State Party Chairman, Hon. MacDonald Ebere, PhD, warmly welcomed the delegation of passionate grassroots supporters. “It is heartening to witness such an outpouring of support from the women of Imo State,” he remarked. “Governor Uzodinma’s dedication to progress and development has clearly resonated with you, and your determination to ensure his re-election speaks volumes.”
In response to the fervent pledge of support from the UZODINMA GRASSROOT WOMEN, Hon. MacDonald Ebere expressed his gratitude, saying, “Your dedication is a testament to the strength and unity within our party, the All Progressives Congress.
“We are committed to building a brighter future for Imo State, and with your assistance, we will continue on this path of growth and prosperity.”
Mrs. Ifeoma Ndukwu, the State Woman Leader of Imo APC, affirmed the group’s commitment to grassroots engagement which pushed her to personally join them in the solidarity visit, stating, “We believe in the power of the people, especially the female folk.
“By reaching every corner of our state, I’m confident that the group will ensure that every voice is heard and every vote counts in favor of Governor Uzodinma.”
The visit concluded with an air of optimism and a shared vision for the future, taking Uzodinma’s second term bid as a focal point.
In conclusion, the group has promised to go more grassroots on canvasing for Imo women to vote en masse Governor Uzodinma in the upcoming gubernatorial election slated to hold November.
