The Imo State Housing Corporation has disowned and disassociated itself on the purported sale of plots of land at Irete by Emmanuel Estate.
The Corporation in a press statement made available to the press dated 15th March 2021, signed by the Management described the publication circulating on the Social Media of a partnership with Emmanuel Estate as false, pointing out that the Corporation at no time would partner any developer in the sale of plots of land under the leadership of Governor Hope Uzodimma.
“Sequel to a recent publication circulating on the Social Media of a partnership between Imo State Housing Corporation and a certain GUZ Consulting LTD for the sale of plots of land at Irete now code named Emmanuel Estate is false and intending buyers should beware.”
” The Imo State Housing Corporation hereby clearly states that at no time would it partner any developer in the sale of plots of lands under the leadership of Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State.”
The Management of Imo State Housing Corporation who used the opportunity to warn the unsuspecting public against unscrupulous developers, however reassured Imo citizens at home and in diaspora that the present Shared Prosperity Government led by Governor Hope Uzodimma is committed to providing affordable houses to Imo indigenes.
” The Governor through the Imo State Housing Corporation is committed to providing affordable houses to Imo indigenes both home and in diaspora”.
” We hereby warn the unsuspecting public to be vigilant as there are unscrupulous developers trying to deceive the general public. Please be guided against fraudsters”
