Imo state Nigeria is agog thursday by the troops of Youths, women and Artisans that trooped out en-masse to show solidarity to Imo state government.

The event took place precisely at the former Okigwe road roundabout directly within the Government House arena in Owerri.

Our Owerri correspodent reports that the crowds were in total appreciation for the good works of the governor in the state.

The National Union of Road Transport Union, Imo youths, Women groups including the artisans were sighted in high jubilation celebrating His Excellency Governor Hope Uzodinma and the All Progressives Congress APC party in Imo state.

The groups have issued very serious warning to Honorable Onyeagocha, the Owerri Senatorial candidate of the People’s Democratic Party PDP to desist from abusing the position of Imo state governor by addressing his Political Boss, Emeka Ihedioha His Excellency the governor of Imo state.

Speaking with SA Political to the Imo state government, Barr Onuegbu stated that the solidarity visit was a good one and was thankful to the groups for such a wonderful outing.

Barr Onuegbu told Imolites that the government has taken cognizance of Uche Onyeagocha’s ultrances against the Government but adviced Imo people to be focused on the progress of Developments Governor Hope Uzodinma has extablished in the state while putting more efforts to curb insecurity and bad governance.
