Imo State House of Assembly member representing owerri west, Hon Kanayo Onyemaechi has proved his legislative capacity and relationship with His, Excellency Governor Hope Uzodinma as the promises he made on Miri nkwoahia Nekede Bridge and Naze/ /Nekede Ihiagwa have commenced in earnest.
9News Nigeria has it that the bridge is located at Number 12bus stop Nekede which serves as a link to the three autonomous communities of Umuoma, Umudibia and Umualum.

This bridge has continued to serve as the only access to these major towns mentioned including federal polytechnic Nekede and Ihiagwa.
Recall that series of letters by Nekede Federated Union NFU was sent to the federal ministry of ecological funds, member house of representatives and the meeting with the house member owerri west, Hon Dele was communicated to the governor of Imo state who without delay has swung into action to put the bridge in solid shape.
Meanwhile, same house member,Dele Onyemaechi had earlier promised Nekede, Ihiagwa constituents of immediate construction of their road as the dry season sets in. This he has done by his cordial relationship with the governor.
As at the time of this report, work has also commenced on Naze/Nekede/ Ihiagwa/Obinze road and the people are happy praying for its continued work to completion by the governor.
By technical analysis, the work has proved Hon. Dele as a quality representative that has faulted the non challant approach of former officials of government who are indigenes of this area that failed to do the work on both the bridge and the road.
