Going by the documentary report of what Imo people are asking the former governor Rochas Okorocha to give back to the state, Okorocha who serves as a serving Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, It is no longer news that the Imo state of Nigeria is awash of the dishonourable manner the former governor Okorocha is forcing himself to recover some of the looted properties confiscated by the competent court of law.

People from various camps have thought it wise for the serving Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to have shown decency and obedience to both the state government since he is no longer the state governor and to the court of law to deliver justice but regretted the tension this has caused in the state.

Recall that the present governor of Imo State, His Excellency Hope Uzodinma has the executive powers to execute the orders of the court to seal, confiscate and recover where necessary, the properties and monies made for the state.

Information has it that this he has done and the hail was let loose. 9News gathered that some of the government officials who used the opportunity to insult themselves by resorting to physical combat and spilling of blood would have been cautioned to seek justice than war.

Meanwhile, stakeholders have continued to ask if Rochas and Hope are not of the same feather? Then why try to wipe sentiments because it did not favour a particular person this time.

The wealth these men have is enormous IMOLITES lamented.

In addition, an academic guru in the state name withheld has maintained that It is painful that our institutions are weak, in fact almost all our politicians should be behind bars”

People may not understand the amount of wealth controlled by these men until issues like this come up”

There is this old saying that says what goes around comes around.

Sadly, the record has it that our politicians milk the local government, state government and federal governments dry before leaving office”

In as much as the court preceding is on to deliver justice in this matter, people are of high Expectations of more drama this will showcase in lmo state.
