
….Visits NKST Synod at Mkar
In a move to foster unity and peace in Benue State, Senator Emmanuel Memga Udende, representing Benue North-East Senatorial District, has called for collective action to address the challenges facing the state, including herdsmen attacks on constituents in Kwande, Katsina-Ala, Ukum, and Logo Local Government Areas.
During an interface with the Synod Executives at NKST Secretariat, Mkar, Senator Udende emphasized the need for Benue people to come together in the face of insecurity and hardship. He highlighted the crucial role of the church and traditional institutions in promoting unity and development.
Accompanied by Members of the Benue State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Jonathan Agbidyeh and Ezra Nyiyongo, representing Katsina-Ala East and Ukum State Constituencies respectively, Senator Udende reiterated his commitment to supporting church development and promoting the welfare of his constituents.
The President of NKST Synod, Rev. Adule, expressed gratitude to Senator Udende for his consistent support to the church and his efforts in influencing projects and employment opportunities for the youth in his constituency.
