Nigerians from all walks of life, tribes and religious inclinations have poured out their hearts of love for Dino Melaye, the Senator representing Kogi West senatorial zone.
Senator Dino Melaye, was finally granted bail by the Kogi state High Court magistrate, who before now had seen no sufficient reason to grant bail to the beaten, maimed and battered Senator.
Following his release, that aroused enormous jubilation across the country, especially in his state, Dino made his voice heard once again, and as usual showing sufficient amount of intrepidity and audacity, he said “My spirit and resolve is unshakable”.
Those courageous words that lacked regrets nor fears triggered a sense of heroism in the minds of millions of Dino’s admirers across the country.
Many Nigerians now see Dino as their mouthpiece, or rather, one who can fend for them when no one else cares.
Even though, Dino’s peers and foes may vilify, detest, contest or see this circumstance otherwise, Many Nigerians, who have been following the news about Dino’s recent arrest and trials by the authorities, have summarily perceived Dino Melaye as a victim of injustice and brutality.
The so called ordeal has paid off advantageously to Dino, who is now seen as a hero for suffering for the masses, even though this may be more ostensible than factual.
