The curfew imposed on Jos -Bukuru metropolis had been further relaxed by the Plateau State Government.
In a statement by the Director of Press and Public Affairs Gyang Bere on Saturday, residents with effect from Sunday are now permitted to move freely from 9am to 7pm daily until further notice notice.
Mr Gyang Bere said the Governor, Barrister Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, took the decision to relax the curfew in consultation with security agencies.
The Governor assured the public that the Government will continue to make decisions in the best interest of the people.
