The Supreme Court of Nigeria is set to hear the petition filed by APC gubernatorial candidate Arc Tonye Cole.
The petition challenges the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Governor Siminalayi Fubara, and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) of Nigeria.
Notably, an earlier tribunal dismissed Tonye-Cole’s suit for lacking merit.
