The Outcome of Thursday winning at the court of appeal as regards Ken Pela’s case against the process and results of Governorship Election in Delta State with other seven respondents from the start of this case added a plus to the Judicial system as the hope of a common man.
The Legal Team of Ken Pela have promised to use all strategies to ensure the final judgement processes are sped up after this Court of Appeal win.
The stated that as concerned citizens, that they will continue to ensure that the Judiciary gives justice in this case before it having known the importance attached to it.
But in simple terms, Ken Pela’s case was dismissed at the tribunal without hearing the substance of his case.
This win at the court of appeal is for the case earlier dismissed to be heard at the tribunal. The way it is going, the case is likely will proceed till the Supreme Court.
The Labour Party candidate for Delta State Ken Pela was NOT declared governor at the court of appeal today. You will all recall that his case was thrown out at the petition tribunal in Delta State.
He appealed at the court of appeal and won the case today, which means he is back at the election tribunal to challenge the Governorship election of Delta State.
However Ken Pela and his fans all-over the world are cheering for the victory while the legal team prepares tough to face the next sitting as scheduled.
