The former SLG, Ojokoro LCDA, Hon. Johnson Akanbi Adeshina Are has commended the good job of the Lagos State Governor, His Excellency, Mr Babajide Olushola Sanwo-Olu in ensuring that the Agege Pen-Cinema Flyover bridge and the five other adjoining roads were completed and commissioned on Friday, March 5, 2021.
“This Mega-City project will ease traffic grid-lock in that axis”, he affirmed.
While speaking with 9News Nigeria, he noted that the wild jubilation that rocked Agege and its environs over the commissioning of the dual carriage flyover along with the other network of roads for public use is a loud affirmation of Lagosians’ deep sense of gratitude and appreciation for this great landmark which will definitely bring a great relief to road users in that axis.
Akanbi Are, popularly known as A1 by his teeming admirers, described the project as another milestone infrastructural achievement of Sanwo-Olu’s administration to support businesses, promote economic development and ultimately improve the socio-economic well-being of Lagosians.
While commending the giant strides of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) in the State, Adeshina assures lagosians that more infrastructural developments are in the pipeline as dividends of democracy.
This he said is a great work to keep lagos state far above other developing states in Nigeria.
