LAGOS state governor has set another trending pace in what true leadership aught to be urging his contemporaries to borrow a good leaf.
This time around, Governor BABAJIDE SANWO- OLU is fulfilling his promise to compensate residents affected by the recent demolition of properties to expand Ikorodu road in Lagos state of NIGERIA.
9News Nigeria reports that majority of the properties demolished along this road are owned by reliable Nigerians.
However, the lagos state government has dolled out a cheque of 3.1m naira compensation to a seasoned Nigeria actor, BABATUNDE OMIDINA, aka Baba Suwe.
This is a compensation for his demolished property to expand the IGBOGBO-IGBE road in Ikorodu lagos state.
However, the actor Expressed happiness that his building was not demolished without compensation as some governors do.
He said that the compensation will give him a new house at his choice location while thanking governor Sanwo-olu for keeping to his words in the Governance of such a big state.
LAGOS is indeed working.
