As earlier reported, the reported suit filed at the Federal Capital Territory High Court, Abuja, Edema in the said suit, is demanding for N1billion as aggravated and exemplary damages for alleged libel from the defendant.
She also accused the actress of sharing her doctored nudes videos after she pulled out of a case involving one Ruth Matthew, who had accused the founder of Christ Mercy Land Church in Warri, Delta State, Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin, of kidnapping her child

Our attention as legal practitioners to prophetess happy edema, has been drawn to a recent news and story published by several online blogs and in the main published by sahara reporters news platform.
More So we would have ignored same, as no legal proceedings is done on media and other social media space, but however with the misleading effects and wrong narrative the said story is generating, as to the actual circumstances of events, we wish to respond as follows:
- Contrary to the assertion by the purveyors of the said story and news, the case in suit no: FCT/HC/CV/73/23- IN The High Court Matter Between Between Prophetess Happy Omotowhe Edeme & Doris Ogala (AKA Chioma Johnson is actually a pending matter before Justice o i Adelaja(j) of the fct high court, holding at kubwa,abuja and the case first came up on 24th january 2023 , where the court granted an order of substituted service on the defendant with name as doris ogala vide substituted service and then adjourned to, 21st february 2023.
- At the next adjourned date of court, being 21th february 2023, the court then abridged the earlier order granted and ordered for substituted service on doris ogala through her most recent phone numbers, she has used in reaching prophetess happy omotowhe edema vide whatsapp chat. This order by the court above,has been effected by the courts baliff on doris ogala.
- More So as to other narrations of events in the story by several news blog, we wish to state that
Maitama FCT High Court is just one, out of many and several judicial divisions of the different high court division in the FCT, there however exist, nyanya, garki, and bwari judicial divisions, and this present case ,was filed by prophetess Omotowhe edema against doris ogala , at the bwari juducial division..
4.Consequently in view of the proper narration of events and actual circumstances of this case, we hope the news blogs and online mediums, will effect a honest retraction of their earlier story, in view of proper narration of events in this press release, and further to refrain from using their blogs as a weapon of further defamation and bad reportage on the personality of prophetess happy omotowhe edema. - As for the said doris ogala, who we belief is the brain behind the earlier unbalanced reportage of our clients case, and unverified press release on our client, we belief in the judiciary and we all surely meet in court, and present our different cases.
