An alleged leaked “Audio” of Niger Delta Minister, Godswill Akpabio negotiating bombing of Oil pipelines with militants has surfaced.
Recall that the Ex-Managing Director of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Joy Nunieh had accused Akpabio of ordering bombing of oil pipelines in the Niger Delta region.
She said, “Akpabio ordered for Oil pipelines in the Niger Delta region to be bombed. Somebody who has been a former governor, senator and serving minister paid for oil pipelines to be bombed just to remove me.
