A lawyer Ifunanya Excel Grant who finds pleasure in posting her half nude pictures and other activities said to be adverse to the Nigerian Bar Association – NBA rules has finally replied the association which subjected her to a disciplinary panel for sanction.
The lawyer whose account in all social media platforms goes with the name ‘Ifunnaya Baddest lawyer’ has denied knowledge of some social media accounts associated with her name, claiming she has nothing to do with them.
In her reply to NBA query the lawyer said:
“My official statement to the NBA And Nigerians. Please I’m not the one on Twitter I have never been in Twitter.
“I have been silent for so long because I’m not the type to talk too much but it’s finally time I speak up & clear my name. Dearest @Nigerianbar I don’t bother anyone. I’m a model, actress and musician and all I do is live, mind my business and chase my dreams. Please, kindly leave me alone Thanks”
She said there are several fake social media handles bearing her name on the social media but never denied she posted half nude pictures.
To notify the NBA on the boundaries of its jurisdiction, Ifunanya Grant said:
” Yes I read law but I am not practicing, I am into music , movies and modelling, I am not practising law and don’t intend to practice, so NBA should leave me alone “
Meanwhile a letter from NBA Abia State branch dated August 22, 2023 addressed to the association national Secretariat in Abuja said Grant is not a member of the branch as it was widely claimed.
