President Buhari emerged victorious in a N40m lawsuit he filed against Atiku.
A federal high court in Abuja dismissed a motion filed by Atiku, seeking to stop the court from hearing a libel suit filed against him by President Buhari.
The suit, which was filed on 22/01/2019, by 2nd plaintiff, Mallam Gidado, prayed the court to order Atiku to pay N40m for alleged libellous claims published on 27/12/2018, that President Buhari & his family members own substantial shares in 9mobile and Keystone Bank respectively.
