The family of a woman, Naomi Chebet is seeking justice after she was allegedly murdered by her husband in a rented apartment in Kiambu, Kenya.

Naomi, who had recently reunited with her estranged husband, Samuel Njoroge, was discovered dead by her brother, Harrison, on March 23, 2025, with disturbing injuries that suggest a brutal attack.

The couple had separated but reconciled in the first week of March.

The couple are blessed with three children.

Samuel allegedly posted an insulting message on Facebook on Sunday, stating; “Wewe kufa uniodokee Malaya wewe” (loosely translated as; “Die and leave me alone, p-rostitude”)

She was s-tabbed twice at the back of her head, suffered a hammer-induced fracture on the head, had four deep finger marks on her throat, and a fractured left ey-e socket.

He later sent message to an unidentified person, admitting to the crime, saying, “Mm nilimuuwa coze ya upuzi, mbona anijib” (“I k!lled her because of nonsense, why was she answering me back”).
