After weeks in detention, Abdulazeez Fashola, better known as Naira Marley, and his associate, Sam Larry, have been granted bail.
According Kemi Filani, the Artiste and Socialite have not been given bail, although they have been ordered to pay three sureties in the amount of N20 million.
Also, Naira Marley and Sam Larry have been ordered to forfeit their international passports, thereby attend the State Criminal Investigation Department (CID) every week.
“As part of the bail conditions, the defendants are to surrender their passports and make weekly appearances at the State Criminal Investigation Department.
“Any attempts to contact me directly would be recorded and potentially disclosed in open court proceedings,” the Magistrate said.
