Jose Mourinho has because just as famous for his exit packages as for as his trophies. Over the course of his glittering managerial career, the Portuguese tactician has earned a stagging €125 million from club departures across Europe’s biggest sides.
His first major playoff came at Chelsea in 2007, where he received €21 million. He later parted ways with Real Madrid in 2021, collecting €19 million.
Mourinho then return to Chelsea in 2025, only to leave again with a €14 million compensation. His time at Manchester United in 2018, earning him €17 million, while his departure from Tottenham in 2021 brought the largest sum yet-a massive €35 million.
More recently, Mourinho first stint at Roma in 2024 saw him collect €4 million, before his most recent exist from Fenerbahche in 2025 added another €15 million to his tally.
