They say opportunity comes but once,
My journey on being an Entrepreneur initiated from my undergraduate days , we were given a three months break as of that time , After a week of staying at home I was tired of the boredom then I requested from my parents that they should permit me to learn a vocation, I did some enquires here and there , but the funding was a problem.
Afterwards I intended on visiting my uncle to at least make use of the opportunity because as of that time his wife was into leather works . I travelled and I had interest in that skill, in short while I was able to sew some bags . Then the three months break was completed and I need to go back to school to complete my studies of being a Biochemist.
Immediately I got back I was able to save up and had to practice what I was taught, and I was receiving customers because they were wowed on how neat my work was.
I had to stop for a while because of School project , you know our stressful it is , but was still doing some leather works for sale.
Youth service came and I was posted to a school in Ogun state but because I had always have the interest of Leather Crafts works , within my one week of my stay I was able to look for place to improve on my craft , it was not easy at all but I was determined to make this one year useful for myself and my country.
There were lots of challenges, the challenges of having an industrial machine was a big hit on me, but thanks to God for Thirty-three thousand Naira that was given to us then, I had lots of needs but I was determined to save up Thirty thousand from allowance , it accumulated to Three hundred thousand, and that was what I was able to get my first industrial machine , as sales continued I was able to buy more equipments.
