Nigerian actors, Ik Ogbonna and Uche Maduagwu have traded words online following an advise the former dished to people about the need to honour their parents.
He suggested that it was time for children to pay back their parents as they are not where they are meant to be due to all the things they did to raise the children.
The handsome actor wrote;
”Dear bro/sis, Respect and honor your parents always. Many parents are not where they meant to be …. Coz they sacrificed their personal growth for yours. It’s time to pay them back.”
Uche Maduagwu took to his comment section and lambasted him over his failed marriage, adding that he is not practicing what he preaches.
He stated that his signature red bra would be able to have a more long-lasting marriage tha the one IK Ogbonna had with his ex, Sonia Morales.
The social media critic opined that the actor’s parents prayed for him to have a serious marriage but it did not work out. Uche questioned IK for not putting in enough efforts to make sure him marriage works in a bid to honour them.
Reacting to his attacks, Ogbonna told Uche to check himself into a phychiatric institution because he has a mental disorder.
