Super Eagles right-back, Shehu Abdullahi, has been voted the Man of the Match for Nigeria’s 1-0 win over Zambia on Saturday.
The victory ensured the Eagles sealed their passage to next year’s World Cup in Russia.
Substitute Alex Iwobi scored the crucial goal, after Abdullahi provided a pinpoint cross into the penalty area.
The defender was also very strong at the back for Nigeria, providing an outlet for the team when they needed him to provide width in attack.
The Anothorsis Famagusta star went home with a cash price of N1million and 10 bags of rice, courtesy of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF)’s new partners, Tropical General Investments (TGI) Group.
