Nigerian fashion designer satisfies her desire, wears an Ankara gown on her wedding day
In a bid to satisfy her desire and wish to represent African culture on her big day, Chioma Inyang set out to design an African wedding dress made with African prints fabric known as ‘Ankara’.
This was, to everyone’s dismay, sparking various kinds of reactions on social media. One Twitter user posted this comment: “You’re a true Queen Crown .. love it.”
She also posted an appraisal message on her social media account that read: “I can’t explain the magic that has happened since the day I decided to stop trying to conform and just love and accept myself even though my ways are always different. Phew!”
