Maryam Abacha, widow of the Nigerian Military ruler General Sani Abacha, has strongly criticized the ongoing narrative surrounding the recovery of funds allegedly looted by her husband and stashed abroad.
In a recent interview with TVC, Maryam described Nigerians as “fools” for believing reports that large sum of money have been recovered from foreign accounts linked to her late husband.
She questioned the authenticity of claims, demanding concrete evidence of any illicit funds.
“Who is the witness of the monies that were being stashed! Did you see the signature or the evidence of any monies stashed abroad?” She asked.
