Nigerians flag off #EndSARS memorial, walk towards Lekki with coffins, flowers, stained flags

Today is exactly another 365 days Nigeria recorded one the highest volume of massacre in the history of genocide in the country.

Youths all over the country took to the street to show their grievances over the cruel policing procedure of a section of Nigeria Police Force known then as SARS. In the process of the protest on October 20, 2020, several hundreds of lives were brutality killed by a joint force of Nigeria military and the police.

Today, some survivors and other Nigerians have taken to the street to commemorate the violent departure of those who were killed during that protest.

In the memorial today participants are seeing showing up dummy coffins, flowers and stained Nigerian flags.

The procession passed through the Lekki Tollgate, the scene of the killings that took place on Tuesday, October 20, 2020.
