Senator Orji Uzor Kalu has warned Nigerians speaking ill of their country or President Tinubu.
While speaking with the National Assembly pressmen on Tuesday, Kalu said: “We don’t want this country to break, we want the country to continue being our country. I am a product of this country and I am very proud that I am a Nigerian.
Many people are not proud. You can see people cursing Nigeria abroad, talking about Nigeria abroad, saying bad things about their own country. It is not good whether you are opposition or in the ruling party to curse you president or your country.
Tinubu is not the owner of the country. Highest he will stay is eight years and after eight years we will take back our country.
Buhari is in Daura now. One day, Tinubu will go back to Lagos in 2031. What Nigerians should pray is for the President to be in good health and have long life to finish his tenure”.
