Following the recent results of mid term election of United States of America released by the electoral college, it has been confirmed that Nigerian- Americans dominated the states won and casted the highest votes.
The US mid term election was done across the states to determine the actual winners through a smooth voting process.
States like Minnesota, Georgia, Pennsylvania and Washington D.C were swept by Nigerian- Americans Voters who won with high margin against their rivals as gathered by 9News Nigeria.
There is no doubt Nigerian- Americans won major votes in the just concluded midterm elections.
On this therefore, accolades from various Nigerian camps have continued to troop in till date.
President Buhari has extended his heartfelt Congratulations to these quality NIGERIANs for doing the country proud in the United States of America where they locked horn with fellow Political rivals and came successful.
It will interest our readers to note that the following Politicians won:
Segun Adeyina won Georgia State Representative in District 110.
Gabe Okoye won Georgia State Representative in District 102.
Solomon Adesanya won Georgia State Representative in District 43.
Tish Naghise won for Georgia State Representative in District 68.
Phil Olaleye won Georgia State Representative in District 59.
Carol Kazeem won for Pennsylvania State Representative in District 159.
Dr. Oye Owolewa was re-election to the U.S. House of Representatives (Shadow Representative) in Washington D.C.
Esther Agbaje also won her re-election for Minnesota State Representative in District 59B.
This is a cheering story while calling on other Nigerian Ambassadors all over the globe to emulate this good gesture.
However there are convincing evidences to agree with me that the election was done free and fair while calling on NIGERIA Government to borrow a leaf and upgrade the election Umpires.
