Nollywood Actor, Charles Okafor Receives His PVC, Commends INEC (Video)

Veteran Nollywood Actor, Charles Okafor has commended the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, for the discipline and pleasant disposition of the INEC staff in Amuwo Odofin /FESTAC town in Lagos State.

Speaking after receiving his Permanent Voter’s Card, PVC, the veteran nollywood actor noted that he was enthused by the sense of duty,order,discipline and pleasant dispositions, of the Zonal Head and his entire team.

According to him, “I was warmly received and promtly attended to,this morning,by the Zonal Head of INEC ,Amuwo Odofin/Festac Town,as i went to collect my PVC. I was enthused by the sense of duty,order,discipline and pleasant dispositions, of the Zonal Head and his entire team. There,s Hope,surely,for Nigeria,if we,all,play our part.”

9News Nigeria had reported that Mr Okafor has been appointed as United Nations ECOSOC, Eminent Ambassador For Peace.

Speaking with 9news Nigeria after he was presented with the letter of his appointment, the veteran nollywood actor thanked God for making it possible to bag the appointment.

According to him, “to the Glory of God,henceforth, I shall be known and referred to,as AMBASSADOR CHARLES IZUCHUKWU OKAFOR, A United Nations ECOSOC ,EMINENT AMBASSADOR FOR PEACE.”

Charles Okafor is a Nollywood veteran and one of the most popular actors in the African movie industry.

He has been in the Nigerian movie industry for over two decades and has played lead roles in over 100 movies and featured in over 200 movies.

Charles Izuchukwu Okafor was born on 23rd July 1970 in Umuatuolu Village of Ivite Umueri in Anambra East Local Government Area of Anambra State in the south-eastern part of Nigeria.
